This policy states that if a bat breaks within the first season of use, if repairable, will be repaired under warranty and if deemed by the manufacturer as not repairable, then the bat will be replaced. Bats for our overseas customers can be inspected for warranty by manufacturers using two methods. 

1) Initially we can inspect photographic evidence which can be sent by email or post.
2) you can post the bat back to us (at customers cost).
For any bats that are repaired or replaced, expense of postage back will be met in half by Australian Sporting Group and the other half by the customer. Please rest assured that we will look after customers to the end and provide you with an after service second to none. The chance of your bat having problems is very minute but it can happen.
